Review methodology

Method requirements

Apply each step only to its relevant product category. A result may be labelled completed only with dated sample, equipment, observation and order records. Record incomplete stages and failed results; do not infer authenticity from these measurements.

For a review described as a Kakobuy-agent hands-on review, retain evidence of the actual agent, purchase and completed tests. The required six steps are: 1. Ordering. Reviewers must place the order, pay the listed price, and log the agent response time from payment to warehouse QC. 2. Warehouse QC. Reviewers must review the QC photos for shape, stitching, hardware, and color. Reviewers must ask for additional photos if a batch looks inconsistent. 3. Shipping. Reviewers must choose a shipping line for each review and log tracking scans, carrier handoffs, and customs clearance days. 4. Unboxing. Reviewers must photograph the packaging, note box condition, and check that all accessories are present. 5. Bench testing. Reviewers must measure weight, dimensions, and materials. For sneakers, reviewers must measure insole length, heel stack, and stitch density. For watches, the protocol requires measuring case thickness, lug width, and bracelet weight; this measurement protocol does not establish timing accuracy, water resistance or authenticity; those conclusions require separate documented testing. For bags, reviewers must measure strap drop, hardware dimensions, and lining thickness. Reviewers must compare against retail references where available. 6. Scoring. Reviewers must score on a five-point scale: 5 excellent, 4 good, 3 adequate, 2 poor, 1 very poor. Reviewers must set a 4.0/5 recommendation threshold for recommended products; all tested products are published regardless of score. The score reflects materials, construction, accuracy to reference, comfort, and value. Reviewers must publish the score at the top of each review and explain the evidence below. A 90-day repeat-test schedule for sneakers and bags and a 120-day schedule for watches applies only where retained records, sample availability and actual capacity support it. Changes to a batch code, price or production run require a review of affected findings; a repeat test depends on available samples and actual testing capacity. If a retest drops below 4.0, reviewers must demote or remove the recommendation while preserving the score, review and dated change history.
